Whether an AI initiative is successful or not relies on the ability to execute, and this is only possible if the project is realistic and measurable.

#ToDo Have a plan to create metrics for everything AI-related at every stage. Plan twice to measure, measure twice, then measure those measurements. Benchmark everything.
